We retain the data we collect and process on behalf of the third-party service provider for as long as we are required to do so under the contract concluded with the service provider. At the latest, we delete all your data when the contract is terminated.

Data Storage and Deletion

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypting your password, to protect your personal data which we have collected for unauthorised or unlawful processing.

We will generally retain your personal data for as long as may be required by law. If there is no legal requirement to retain the data longer, we will retain your personal data only for so long as is necessary for the purpose/s for which it was collected. If we do not need the data anymore and are not required to retain it by law, we delete all copies of the data. 

We will retain the personal data you provided on registering an account on our Site and your saved content for so long as that account remains in existence.

We transfer information about you if Creatomus is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Creatomus will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
