Our Team

Renee is a veteran computational designer with experience of delivering digital solutions for the AEC sector since 2005. He is the lead architect of the Pattern Buildings industrial construction system. Holding a PhD in Architecture and Computing, Renee connects Creatomus to the scientific ways of thinking and making.

Renee strives for the construction to be less damaging to the environment and more affordable to everyone. Besides openly preaching design for industrial construction, he frequents all major technology and project team meetings in Creatomus.

Karin is a true self-starter with a strong desire to innovate the industry and streamline its key processes. She has started and led several companies ranging from industrial production to eco-friendly designer products. She is not only highly experienced in business development and account management, but also very adept at sales and marketing.

Karin has an international MBA degree and also Master Trainer certification issued by the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK. She greatly enjoys analytical work but never leaves the big picture out of sight. At the heart of everything she does, there is the desire to work with experienced teams. Creatomus has just the right type of a team.

Andres is an experienced business leader with a unique international career in Consumer Goods, Automotive and Construction industries. He has spent 20 years working in 5 different countries in Europe, leading Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, and brings a diverse set of skills and perspectives to the team.

In his role, Andres focuses on developing Creatomus business model and supply chain network, and scaling the company internationally.

Andres has a Masters degree in Business Administration and an additional MSc degree in Digital Transformation of Enterprises, both from TalTech university.

Rene is the mastermind behind our Parametric Designer and Modular Designer software. He has an impressive track record of 17 years of developing enterprise level software. By looking at his record of daily commits to Creatomus code repositories, we sometimes wonder if he takes any breaks at all. As far as we know, he occasionally joins the rest of team for lunch and we enjoy his gentle personality and impeccable manners.

Arnel brings over 15 years of software engineering experience to Creatomus, with a proven track record at leading tech companies including Bolt and ZeroTurnaround. He combines deep technical expertise with business acumen, holding both a Master's degree in Data Science and a B.Tech in Business IT, both earned Cum Laude.

His extensive background spans from software architecture to senior engineering roles, making him particularly skilled at building scalable systems and solving complex technical challenges. At Creatomus, Arnel focuses on enhancing our platform's performance and implementing innovative solutions that power our digital supply chain tools.

Marianna is a licensed architect and member of the Estonian Union of Architects with experience in public and residential projects. At Creatomus, she brings architectural expertise to the development of modular building systems and component libraries.

Ilya is creating:

• product designs and prototypes
• user interviews and surveys
• presentations and other marketing materials
• websites and landing pages (including this one)

Besides that he is also: A mentor and a content creator for a non-profit educational program for high school students in Estonia, a hackathon mentor (sometimes), a frontend developer, and a big no-code advocate.
